Kendrick	I would respectfully suggest that the title "Decline in Black Teen Fertility" is a bit of a misnomer and, in fact, misleading. Perhaps a title such as "Decrease in High School Student Pregnancies" would be more appropriate. My point being: as I scanned the titles of articles, yours jumped out at me as an alarming trend. I immediately went to the article as it seemed indeed alarming that the fertility of young people was negatively affected, even though they had been exposed to the health system. I was also curious as to what methods were used to determine this result. After reading the article, of course, I did appreciate the fact that for inner-city youths at risk of pregnancy, when some education and assistance was given, this led to a decrease in student pregnancies, which is always wonderful news.
